Hi everyone, right now I have a home cockpit with pmdg ngxu on P3D 5.2. When pmdg 737/700 comes out on MFS2020 will it be possible to move all the mobyflight project I am currently using from P3D to Flight Simulator2020? Will input and offset fsuipc be compatible? Thank you

What i expect... YES.
PMDG is pretty lazy. A comercial Company who like to earn money without invest a lot of work/ time.
So its logical that the B737 for FS2020 is in big parts just a duplicated Version from P3D.

Yes and No i think.

Yes, cause we will be able to handle PMDG hopefully same way like in the past.
No cause this was a chance to tide up the logic! PMDG work with a Input system based on a old 1990 technology.
The FS2020 would give us pretty modern new Interface Options. But i expect PMDG will again use there old "Rotor Brake" API again.

So... We will have the benefit of a direct available and simmular Interface like in P3D. But i think we still have the disadvantage same way again cause they are to lazy to build it "better" .

Hi, purchase and downloaded the new pmdg for msfs .. has anyone figured out how to make input and output work exactly like in ngxu? i downloaded fsuipc 7 but i can't find anything that can help me. you can't even put the instruments in the window. Has anyone tried? thank you!!

No nothing looks like a home cockpit is impossible i mean you cant even pop the displays out ...

this is unacceptable. maybe we should wait for a version of mobiflight that implements the new 737 msfs ..

How should FSUIPC support this on the first day ?
Whatever if PMDG alolow to use the same system like in the past then FSUIPC ( Dowsons) need to implement the old logic once again.
They pretty sure not have it in FSUIPC7 Today cause it was not needed till today.

Same for MF.

We have a lot of PMDG users.... So please give them some days/weeks to understand the system and to create the Presets.
We have no Pre-Access ... MF is for the Big Players just a non relevant Community.
So we can also just work on that after we buy it full price !

And by the way.... Explore new features working same way as the last two years.
You guys can open the Dev Mode.... Find out the new Variables and add them to HubHop!
So please not just request for a solution.... Why not be a part of the guys who create this solution.
Feel free to make some Trial and Error Testings.... Report Your experience on Discord.... And in 3 Weeks we have a working system together!

Hello pizman! thanks for your replies .. sorry for my disappointment but after so many years flying with pmdg with my ever changing homecockpit for years i felt sad when a saw this. But you are right, I would love to join the developer team and look together for a way to use the presets. i know the c ++ code, i knew pmdg programmed this way and it is native arduino code ... can we do something by bypassing the limitations of asobo? thank you

Hi after a very long time!

I've been waiting for PMDG's release of 737 to FS2020 and hanging around with XP-11's Zibo because it was kind of dull in 2020; until yesterday

Now I believe I'll come back to FS2020 and Mobi, yet I need to find the eventid's (or whatever they're called now) to convert my current cockpit into it. Rgiht now I use Air Manager for XP-11, however FS2020 version needs upgrade and it costs money..

Has anyone made some progress yet? I would like to use my Prepar3d NGXu settings under the new MSFS 737-700.

Looking for all functions of the EEC panel, IRS panel, Recall Buttons and Master Warning and Caution Buttons to be specific.

Is there already some work going on so that settings can simply be ported over from NGXu to the MSFS 737?

Or are still too many events missing?

I was not online for some days.... So i not know the current state overall.

Basically our community dig a lot of Events and Output Variables via our WASM Tool.
Means lots of things are possible but with a new Interface.... So the old Config is useless here.... ( it based on FSUIPC)

BUT

Also FSUIPC announced some weeks ago they want to implement the old logic once again. Then all would be 1:1 compatible like in the past (with FSUIPC installed for sure).

Summary:

I not know if FSUIPC is still updated.... Check this at first.
If Yes your problem is solved.... If no you can choose to wait for FSUIPC or you rework the Config File to the new WASM Elements.
