Ok, so I spent a number of hours learning Adriano, Mobiflight and hooking up my wires for input and output. I am liking Mobiflight very much. So now there is an update available. I am afraid I will lose all the settings I applied for connections to the current setup when installing the update. Exactly what are the steps to backup my current settings or configurations and how do I import the settings to the updated Mobiflight. It would be nice if Mobiflight had an export and import function. Step by step please.
Thank You,
Vangyver.

Hello,

just go into your MF directory and copy all *.mfmc and *.mcc to a "secure" place. Thats it.

Normally the Updater does not delete these files, at least i never had this happen.

Kai is correct, as long as you've saved the files the update does not affect them at all.

So here is my directory. I see where I saved my "Mobiflight Mega van.mfmc" file. Which .mcc file do I need to save. There are no other .mcc files in any other MobiFlight 9.3 subdirectories.

I figured it out. I never saved the file. I have it now.
Thank You,

You pretty sure saved it already..... Just in a other Spot.

If you Close MF and start it for new..... And your old Config File is there ( Inputs and Output Config Lines e.g.) then it was Saved somewhere.
Else MF would show you a empty Config.

NOTE: Mobiflight Files ( Whatever your Project "*.mcc" or your Backup Board Settings (*.mfmc) can be saved wherever you want.
They not have to be in the MF folders.
Good Luck !
