I'm having difficulty finding the preset for the knob on the artificial horizon. Probably not sure what to call it exactly.

I'll be setting this up with an encoder, so an INC and DEC would be nice.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi
Next time please ( like always) tell us the used Sim and Aircraft and AddOn Puplisher if its a addon.
Every single Sim/Aircraft can be different.... So there is never "one" answer to your question.

I expect we talk about FS2020 and a Stock Aircraft.
Here it is the Attitude Bar Selector.

https://hubhop.mobiflight.com/preset/?id=a16fb978-0149-424d-8ed1-ebc538a1d258

Commands :
(>K:ATTITUDE_BARS_POSITION_DOWN)
(>K:ATTITUDE_BARS_POSITION_UP)

Both are listed and available in MF

Please report experience !
Good Luck !

OK, my apologies.

Just to clean this up, MSFS stock aircraft, (or anything that will take this preset).

So how is a command handled (in MF) across different aircraft if the command is different? Example, panel lighting. If A2A has it's own unique command, how would I add a second command for different aircraft? (Unless I simply create a new config and the A2A gets ignored?)

Thanks for all you do!

Thats the problem for users who like to swap the aircrafts.
Most Cockpitbuilders use only one AddOn.... E.g. they build a B737 and use PMDG Only.

If you like to use different aircrafts there are 2 Ways.....

If there is just a small controll Box and lets say 19 of 20 Switches work same for all Aircrafts but just one is different ( individual) then we can make multiple Inputs for that switch and use preconditions like Config 1 only work if current aircraft is A2A Config 2 only work if Current Aircraft is Stock C172 and so on.
BUT
This going pretty fast verry difficult and untidy, I recommend this ONLY if we talk e.g. about 2 Switches and 4 Aircrafts in total.

If we need a lot of Individual Switches or you like to controll many many different aircrafts then a "Own MCC File" is the key....

Means you build a own complete config for each Aircraft you like to fly. E.g. one for A2A another for C172 and so on.

Then you simply decide what aircraft you like to use today.... Load it in the Sim. And while the 30seconds loading screen you simply load in MF the needed *.mcc file" for that Aircraft.

EDIT: And not get scarred now...
You not need to build all from scratch over and over again.
You can create one "Stock File" and then you load it , SAVE AS it e.g. as C172Asobo.mcc and then you make all your needed Reworks like different events or so.
After finish and testet it you save it.
Then you load the Origional Stock file again and SAVE AS it e.g. as "A2A.mcc"
You do the needed changes for the A2A now , test it and save it.

Means you build the base one time and only adjust the couple of things you need.
Good Luck !

I have 4 profiles for different aircraft. 2 clicks to swap them out.
