Hey

I got the compass with keyestudio MEGA 2560 R3.
Unfortunately there was no wiring diagram.

I found a video, but it is different to mobiflights wiring.
There seems to be two extra wires:

Is there a proper picture or what is wrong?

Hi. A other view direction of the picture would be usefull :P

The 4wire flat (Rainbow) from Compass to this controller ( i expect maybe a ULN2003) and also the 4wire Flat Rainbow from the Controller to the Mega are the "Data Lines" for the Stepper.
The Blue and Purple line from Controller to Mega are 5V and GRD for the Stepper.

I see there is a Latching switch.... Wired with a Black and Red.
These go to a area i can see on the Picture.... And also the unknow yellow and orange wires come from this area.
So i expect : Are these connected together ?

If Yes.... then these 2 Lines are pretty sure 1x GRD and 1x Button Input.
Simply wire the GRD to a GRD on Mega and the Button to a Free Pin .... Assign this Pin in Mobiflight as a Button.
Then you can set a action to this Switch in the Sim !
