Come On..... What senseless Question !

You need the electronic Parts that corespondend to your used Panel !
If you use a Panel from "Hispapanels" for example then you need exactly the switches and LED that are fit into there PCB Design.
If you build your own PCB and Front Panel then you design it to the buttons you like to use.

Electronics are pretty logical....
Check a Picture from a real FCU ( or the virtual one from the AddOn Aircraft you like to use ( or the stock Airbus) .... then you know how many switches, encoders and so on you need.

I´m sorry for this hard awnser.... But its the same if you ask me " i like to drive a car from New York to Miami, What things do i need".
I not know if you got a car for Diesel or normal fuel.... i not know if you like to use a SUV or a little City Car.
So how should we tell you what gasoline you need ot how many of it.
Good Luck !

to be fair and a bit more friendly ( sorry for my last comment) i will make a short parts list.

As you know i´m not a Airbus Guy.... So this is just a quick and dirty awnser.... Maybe a Airbus Pro User can check this....

Related to this picture....

You need:
1 -2 Arduino MEGA
1 -2 Shift Registers (Only if you like to work with one Mega.... I personally not recommend this)
2x4 Diggit Displays (QNH)
2x3 Digit Display (SPD, HDG)
2x 5 Digit Display (ALT,VS)
3 ( or better 6) Max7219
20 x Square Buttons with integrated LED OR 17 Small Buttons and 3 Bigger Buttons .... Also both kinds with LED)
4x Multi postion Rotary Switches with 45° Angle.
4x ON-OFF-ON .... OR:... ON-ON-ON 3 Way Latching Switches (VOR/ADF Selectors)
3x Round Push Buttons (SPD,HDGTRK,METRIC)
12 (maybe 14-15) LED to rebuild the LCD Back Labels like QNH, QFE, SPD, HDG and so on

3x Combinated 2Pos Rotary Switch (45 ° Angle) with integrated Encoders (Dual Shaft Mechanic) ( CPT QNH, FO QNH, ,ALT)
3x Encoders (SPD,HDG,VS)

NOTE: I not know Airbus here.... All 6 Encoders maybe have a Push Button ( what is no problem) BUT maybe also have a PULL Function what is a bigger challenge to buld !
Check yourself what function the 6 Encoder have to provide !
