I connected the mega but how come here nothing appears, let alone fsuipc ??

Does MF recognize the (never used before) Mega at startup with the message "New Mega without Firmware...." bla bla bla?

If not, change the cable, the port and maybe even your Mega is dead.

If this first message comes you must (!) install the firmware, otherwise MF won't accept the Mega as "Module".

Which FlightSim do you use? E.g. if using FSX with FSUIPC, the second status from the left should be green at least.

There is no "link" to firmware needed.

If MF detect a compatible board it will offert you to upload the firmware automaticly.... Its included in the MF Files on your computer already.

About FSUIPC
Second Picture show a Green Checkmark. So i expect it is correctly working already.

About Board

1. Confirm you have connected the Board BEFORE you start Mobiflight.
MF only handle boards, that was connected while startup !

2. Confirm all needed drivers are installed. Standard Arduinos need there Drivers ( Included in the Arduino IDE) . CH340 Megas ( China clones mostly) need there own CH340 Drivers.

3. Sometimes New Megas still have "trash" in the EEPROM . I don´t know why, but that happen to me multiple times.
So try a EEPROM CLEAR (Use the Arduino IDE .... Upload the EEPROM CLEAR Sketch and run it.... So you delete the Mega 100% )

4. As Kai recommend.... Change used Port, Change Cable, and get sure there is no short circuit that crash the mega permanently !
