I can't get MobiFlightConnector to build in VS2019. I get the 3 errors below.

Why?

Error CS0006 Metadata file 'F:\MobiFlight-Connector-main\bin\Debug\MFConnector.exe' could not be found MobiFlightUnitTests F:\MobiFlight-Connector-main\MobiFlightUnitTests\CSC 1 Active


Error Couldn't process file UI\UpdaterMainForm.resx due to its being in the Internet or Restricted zone or having the mark of the web on the file. Remove the mark of the web if you want to process these files. MobiFlightInstaller
