Hi, i want to build my own A320 FCU+EFIS with MF Panels

I'd like to know witch MAX7129 chip i have to buy :

MAX7219CNG
MAX7219ENG
Other type

Can you help me ?

Another question on 7 segment display : common anode or cathode?

Hi asessa,

a MAX7219 is and always will be a MAX7219, no matter which letters follow. The letters say something about the case shape and the working temperature range.
The standard is MAX7219CNG with a 24-pin DIP package. In any case, you can use it.

Max7219 ( in Mobiflight) work with Common CATHODE - only !
