Hi, I'm new here and I need help. I can set the encoder to airspeed, verticalspeed, altitude. However, I can't set it for heading (HDG). I use the WASM Model. Can you please advise me what to set in MSFS2020 - EVENTS to set the encoder for heading? Well thank you!

At first... Please make your request in the correct Sub Area....
You still say you talk about WASM and you like to work with FS2020..... So why not ask this in the FS2020 Section instead of #general ?

About Question.....

Its the same way as you do with SPD, ALT and VS ..... You just need to use the CORRECT Event!
If HDG not work for you, you garantee use a wrong Input Event !

Badly we can not tell you without more informations what to do, cause every single Aircraft "can" have own Events. So pretty sure your used Input Event for HDG won´t work while your testing, but may it work if you change your aircraft e.g. to the Cessna, Boeing or something else.

Solution:
Check what aircraft you like to use.... And then search the Event Preset List if there is a Subsection for THAT Aircraft.
If not.... Try HDG Events from the supported Events of other Aircraft.... Hopefully one of them is working.

Whorst Case: There not exist one.... Then you need to figure out the event by scanning the DEV Mode of FS2020!
