Hi, I have built my flight simulator using pmdg 737 max with flight simulator X edition. everything works fine until I go to the radio module and change a VOR frequency, at that moment the mobifligth disconnects. it's only with NAV, with COM it works fine and stays connected. can someone help me with this problem. Thanks!!

did you try it with a brand new mega and only the encoders for NAV?
Another question: which pins do you use for the NAV-encoders?

Hello Stepahno, thank you for your prompt reply. I have not used pins so far since I go to the plane directly to the radio module and when changing the frequency of NAV it disconnects the mobifligth.

Please tell us a bit more, what you mean with "Disconnect"

Do you use the RUN Mode in MF when issue happens ?
MF crash ?
MF goes by itself from RUN to STOP
MF close by itself?
MF bring the Message "FSUIPC Connection lost" ?

What Devices or Config Parts do you use ? You say "i have not used Pins so far" .... So what do you do with MF if no Pins are used and logical no device is in use ?

Hi Pizman, I have all the autopilot panel and the efis of a 737 max pmdg with mobifligth using an arduino mega, everything works very well, but when I go to change the nav frequency in the mobifligth plane it disconnects, they stop working autopilot and efis, I go to the software and it appears disconnected, I have to run again for it to work. It only happens with NAV, with COM it does not disconnect.

Badly i still not understand what "disconnect" means here..... Lots of posible "disconnects" can happen.... So i would need more informations how it looks like.
Maybe "Discord" would be a cool tool to show me the situation ( shared screen) much more better.

About Problem:

Can be on 2 Spots.... Hardware or Software So we need to split up and find out !

Test 1: Hardware:
You say the COM works fine....
So please for testing "swap" the Input Encoders !
Go to the COM Input Config and choose there the Encoder, you currently use for NAV.
Go to the NAV Config and use now for testing the Encoder you former use for the COM.
Test it !
If now the NAV works fine and the COM occure in the issue, then 99% sure the Encoder or the Electrical Setup ( or a Firmware issue) is the key.


Test 2: Software:
Please open for testing a NEW Mcc File ( Save your old one backup somewhere).
In this new file only use ONE Config Line.... Make a Input for the NAV1.
Does it work ?
If Yes.... then there must be a issue in the main MCC File ( e.g. a Precondtion, Double Config, or a wrong Syntax)

If No.... then 99% sure your way you create the Input Config for the NAV is wrong !

what i mean by disconnect is mobifligth stops working. I have to go to the software and click on run again
