Hello, i have made a printed FMC and i want to use it in FS2020. I would like to know if its possible in the next update to configure a " Generical FMC" to use in whatever the plane i use.
In the mobiflight configuration, when i press " Action Type" MSFS 2020 event, i have seen in 747, A 320, Citation, the FMC Configuration, but i havent find it in CRJ 550-700..... will you configure for CRJ? and the thing that would be better.... will you allow to " configure" a Generic FMC like Autopilot in Microsoft/ Generic/ Navigation?

Thank you so much

Hi,

In principle, a generic configuration file is possible.

But:

It is not possible in one configuration file, but a configuration file for each aircraft.
The device files must be adapted accordingly or, if this is not necessary or used differently.
Not all aircraft have the same equipment built in, or they are addressed differently. This adaptation would have to be made accordingly. For example, a B747 has 4 engines, whereas an Airbus only has 2 (exception: A340, A380).

Either the devices are used jointly or, if they are redundant, they remain unused.
An FMC at Boeing has fewer buttons than at Airbus, with a CRJ it looks different again, and the external hardware may also vary.
So there are a few things to consider.

Since you say you use the MSFS2020, you can find out which variables you can use here: https://hubhop.mobiflight.com/#/
Almost 4500 variables are recorded here for all possible aircraft and can be used for the control, and more are added every day. Do some research and see for yourself what is possible.
