Hi, when i unplugged my arduino, then plug it again and rerun the MF software, it will detect my board as new board and ask to upload firmware into it. When i click ok, it will stuck at the frimware being uploaded. I have to restart my pc for everything to be normal again. the issue is, i cannot unplug the arduino once i plug it in. Any idea how to resolve this issue?

Try another USB Cable !

Also if you got confirm issue with a other Mega happend again.

My experience.... Some of the cheap giveaway Cables that are included to Clones are verry poor and broke. Strange issues happen there.
Also bad/cheap USB-Splitters or Hubs can be problematc !

I manage to solved the problem. The issue happened when i run xplane only. I found out that when i unplugged the board while xplane running in background, the MF software no longer has access to the COM ports. This is because of SIMVIM plugin i installed in Xplane already taken priority over the COM ports. So i disable the plugin and it works just fine now. This is same goes to other software that utilize COM ports. Have to close them before run MF.
