Is it possible to control an digital potentiometer (like MCP 4151) via its the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) from Mobiflight?

Controlling the digital potentiometer via an arduino is possible (see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-IeR7O1dGxA), the task for Mobiflight would be to send the serial command.

Totally understood! Sorry for that.

My "reasoning" for that was the change in topic (initially controlling the digi-poti directly via SPI, changed to controlling it via an Arduino nano).
