Hello

I new to the site here and was wondering where I could find the information to calibrate my 3 gauges: RPM, Airspeed and VS?

Hi

Link is dead!

We need more informations..... Do we talk about calibration from the Gauges via Manual System in MF ? Or do you work with a button based Auto Callibration ?

There is no auto calibration on the gauges, so I need to manual calibrate it.

Open Mobiflight....
Create a Config (Output)
Go to Didsplay Tab
Calibrate the Motor by using the +1 +10 or -1 -10 buttons.
If you finished use SET Zero Point Button !

From Now the Gauge is callibrated and turn back to Zero point when you stop Mobiflight !

The STEPPER Value is not from the Sim..... It is the Number of Steps your Motor need, to make a full 360° Turn. There exist different Motors.... So i not know this number .
You can read the Datasheet OR you simply TEST it within Mobiflight.

Normaly the number is a 2^x Value .... 1024, 2048 , 4096 .

To Test.... Use SIM 1000 STEPPER 2048 TEST 1000. And press the TEST Button in this Display Tab.

If the Motor turn full 360° you got a 2048 Stepper...... If the Motor turn only 180° you got a 4096 Stepper.... If the Motor turn 2 full Circles ( 720°) then you got a 1024 Stepper.
Finaly use the Value you find out !

The SIM Value is the number that should be used for a Full 360° Circle.
Mostly this is the range of the Offset Value..... For example a Temperatur Gauge.... The Offset goes from 0-100 So you say SIM 100 ..... Means If Offset is 0 gauge start on Zero Point..... If Offset is 50 the gauge turn 50% means 180° .... Offset 100 means 100% means 360°.
