Hello and Thank you for your response.

To start im trying to build an FCU. I have the encoders and segment displays. I have the offsets from JeeHell. How do I program it all together to display say heading on the segment display and encoder to change that value. From what I understand its a simple process that im sure I can learn if someone teaches me how to read the offsets and input into mobiflight.

Thank you

HELLO,

SO I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO ASE, AFTER FINALLY UNDERSTANDING LINDA. IM STILL HOWEVER TRYING TO USE MOBIFLIGHT TO PULL DATA FOR MY 7 SEGMENT DISPLAYS. THAT WOULD STILL HAVE TO BE DONE WITH OFFSETS CORRECT? IF SO HOPEFULLY WE CAN STILL FIGURE IT OUT.

I created some testfilfes for Jeehell 320 FMGS to show, what the config should look like.

Let's start with an Display Module:
In this case the display will show the HDG or TRK selected at the AP.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B52r0OXN32CXV1RXUzZwRjl4RVk/view?usp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B52r0OXN32CXYzlLM1A2ajZ0Yzg/view?usp=sharing
First off all you need the offset adress, taht can be found in the offset.pdf in your Jeehell A320 FMGS Folder.
So you look up for HDG/TRK: Offset Adress ist 73C.
Add this in Mobiflight as you can see on the pcture. You always add "0x"before the adress.
You can also read in the Offset.pdf the length in bytes (secound column), add this also in mobiflight (in this case the length is 2 bytes).
In this case you can also use the compare options so that the display will show dashes ("---") if the offsets value is -999 (see senound picture).
At least you just need to set the display which should show the HDG/TRK in the "Display" section.

LED Output:
In this case the CPT LS:
offset adress: 7391
length: 1
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B52r0OXN32CXQTdMOEVkeXR2UlU/view?usp=sharing
In the offset list you can see that this LED Status is written in bit 5 and this you also have to add in the config:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B52r0OXN32CXcnJJX3JDZXVXa1E/view?usp=sharing
Tick only the bit you would like to use for this LED Status!

Button/encoder input:
Juste enter the main input page, add a new entry and select wich button you would like to use.
Now you can simply use the Jeehell DataPipe for e.g. Encoder.
If you would like to use a button you have to proceed like this:
In this case the LOC button:
offset adress: 78EB
length: 1
value to write in this offset: 13

HELLO

1ST THANK YOU VERY MUCH ON THE HELP, I NEED TO BUY YOU A BEER!!

2nd The Segment display was working odd at first, but thats because I didnt have left padding selected. But she is working like a charm now.

3rd. Im still having problems with the rotary encoder. I did as you said and I can see the little LED on the arduino blinking transmitting data. But there is no movement on the FCU.
