GOOD DAY

THEY ARE NEW HERE, INSTALL THE ENCODERS BUT WHEN TURNING THE WHEEL DOES NOT WORK WELL AS SOME SIGNALS JUMP, I DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS A DATA SPEED PROBLEM OR ANY ERROR OF MYSELF.

Hi

Confirm Hardware is fine....

You can use the "Logging Tool" Mode DEBUG.
Then each detent "should" show a entry in the Log Text. You see there each LEFT or RIGTH Command.
So Confirm the Encoder technical work fine!
NOTE: Logging is just for testing. Disable it again later, cause while normal usage the active logging slow down the system extremly.

If Encoder is OK, then problem is a wrong Input Config Setting..... If Encoder itself occure in issues, then the Hardware ( e.g. wirework) have a issue !

Si el codificador está bien, entonces el problema es una configuración de configuración de entrada incorrecta ... Si el codificador mismo tiene problemas, entonces el hardware (por ejemplo, el cableado) tiene un problema.
