Habe gerade zufällig eine Seite mit einem Keyboard Hack gefunden (z.B hier http://youtu.be/AgTzw0yeMvU. Da kam mir spontan die Idee, dass man damit auch super eine MCDU bauen könnte.

Wenn ich nicht irre besteht diese aus 74 Tasten. Mit dem Arduino u. Mobiflight kann Manga leider "nur" 54 festlegen.

Gibt es Erweiterungskarten und wenn, werden die von MF unterstützt oder gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit ohne einen zweiten Arduino dazu zu nehmen ?

Du kannst auch zwei Arduinos anschließen und mit Mobiflight konfigurieren
Damit kannst Du die Anzahl der Eingänge erhöhen.

Zwei Arduinos will er ja nicht ^^ er möchte ausserdem den angegebenen Hack verwenden, somit kann er ja den Arduino nicht gleichzeitig als Mobiflight flashen.
Also berry2k, entweder Mobiflight auf min. 2 Arduinos oder eben der angegebene Hack mit 2 Arduinos, anders geht´s wohl nicht.

Einzige mir bekannte Alternative ist die Keycard von OpenCockpits, da kommst Du dann mit nur einer Karte aus.
