Sorry but I see people complaining for a year about the trojan horse in your software and nothing being done to fix it.

Even the default Windows defender blocks it as a "severe threat".

Online virus scanners confirm it. See screenshot:

Windows, McAfee, Sophos all detect the LATEST version as a virus.

Please stop pretending this isn't real. I really think it's a deliberate way to make money criminally.

It's a false positive, Eset and Kaspersky don't detect any virus, trojan or any other threat.
Stay cool and respectfull please.

Please tell me how Sebastian should "make money criminally" with a FREEWARE that not costs you a cent. ?

The situation is pretty easy....
A Virus Scanner detect Real Virus Files.... AND it give you warnings if you download files ( the scanner is not be able to scan) that "CAN" include a Virus..... Specialy Self Extracting EXE Files.

There is a way to solve this by get in contact to a company that verrify those files..... Then this "whitelist" is used from McAfee and all the others so they finaly know that "mobiflight-intaller.exe" is OK and no warning occures in the future.
BUT
This Registration costs money ! And here we are back on the point.... MF is FREEWARE . So we not pay a lot of money just to protect scarred users to click on the "continue" button in there Virus Scanner while installation.

If you not trust in our work.... Simply not use it !

Kaspersky detect UDS Troyans Win32 . Pls fix it

I confirm, Kaspersky detects a Trojan in v.8.0. Version 7.10 is OK.

False positive, as usual...

Mine get's blocked when downloading from the server too....

Virus false positive problem is solved with the last beta -> 8.0.1.1

Hey I trust your work, switched of my Virusscan (Bitdefender) during installation. (for 15 min). After install and while configuring Mobiflight it's gets blocked by Bitdefender.
It gives me the following message: "Het bestand C:\Program Files\MobiFlight\MFConnector.exe is geïnfecteerd met Gen:Suspicious.Cloud.4.oo0@a8u1hzh ".
How to deal with this?

Please Confirm you talk about the newest BETA Release.....
Sure the Changes Sebatian still make to solve the Virus problem are NOT in the Live Version.

To test this feature please use the BETA Tool..... And check with latest Beta!.

I am not using the beta version, It was the official release 8.0.2 released on 18.02.21

Now I installed version 7.10.0 again
That does work for me. (no complains from Bitdefender)

I can not really find any specific report in Bitdefender except for basically these lines:

On my search for this report I did notice that I can make exceptions in the virusscanner. So now I set an exception for the Mobiflight.com site and for my Mobilflight installed directory. So now I am using Mobiflight 8.0.2. and Bitdefender doesn't bother me.
