Hi,

Everything works fine with MobiFlight and Autopilot under MSFS, Heading, Alt, Speed etc. The only thing that I can not get to work is the vertical speed. I eliminated a faulty encoder and wiring, used FSUIPC offset and EventIDs, watched YT regarding the setup for autopilot and all is fine except the vertical speed.
It is probably my fault, put I can not figure it out!

Any pointers would be appreciated!

Pretty simple....

Test your Hardware with a "other" system.

Use the Encoder that is planed for VS "for testing" with a element that still work.
You say Heading, Alt, Speed is working.... So simply use one of this configs and select the VS Encoder instead of the current used one.

If NOW the VS Encoder perfectly change e.g. the Heading then you still know that electrical (Hardware) all is fine.

Second question is the Software. I not use FS2020 so i can not test. You also not tell us what aircraft you use.... if your FSUIPC is UpToDate.... and what kind of Input ( EventID, Offset eg.) you use. So i can not check or understand the issue.

Basicly.... Some FSUIPC things are still not working in the Beta. So only 3 posible reasons....
1. FSUIPC not support that VS at the moment.
2. FSUIPC have another EventID/ Offset.... So you got just the wrong adress.
3. FSUIPC work fine and you got a issue in your config.

Meanwhile the new "Simconnect Events" tool is in Mobiflight.
With this all FS2020 Inputs can be done ( indipended from FSUIPC).

Watch our Youtube Videos please. And also read the DISCORD Server group. Lots of Information is still there.

At the moment it looks like FSUIPC will not work for all the new things.... Maybe in the future. But with the new tool we close this "hole" and offert the users a new system for the FS2020 Inputs.
