Any recommendation of an Arduino Mega 2560 Rev3 clone from Ali working/non-working with MF?

I am thinking about one of this following two, but I take any reference that you might have already tested.

We not be able to order all MEGA Clones for testing ( there exsit hundrets)

But we can say basicly..... If it´a "MEGA 2560 Rev3" then technical all clones work fine. If NOT then the issue is a missing VID/PID number..... This can be solved by a little code line by Sebatian..... Verry rare cause while time goes by we already implement most of the possible numbers already.... So its just bad luck if you got a new one we not already included.

The second Problem of Clones "can" be the USB Controller. Some work with original stuff ..... Others with the CH340 or CH340G
Here the CH340 can make trouble..... But only if you not install the correct drivers ( Available for free in the Web) .

Summary:
Without official garantee..... I will say 100% of Mega Clones will work.... Alsong you got the Drivers and in whorst case after a short hotfix of Mobiflight !

I bought this model : https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/32912997075.html?spm=a2g0s.12269583.0.0.36305bdc9Fr6PN who is cheaper but works perfectly. Had to install the drivers in W10 via Windows update, that's all.

I am using the Elegoo R3 clone from Amazon. It is very highly-rated and mine has been flawless. In fact I just ordered two more.

to the run of events in connection of 2560 clones, i would like to convey following experience based on only one which I use next to five other originals.

- Until today working fine but with restrictions. The clone no longer saves the Firmware and is loaded with every restart as new found Board. All functions are usable.

- In the past, two clones were no longer recognized at all, e-waste!

I not think this is a factor.
I know there is already a problem with the initialise Process. Sebastian increase time from 3 Minutes to 10 Seconds in the past.... He could solve a lot of problems. But for every hotfix new trouble come up. I know he still work on that thematic and try to release a finaly 100% working system.
BUT
I think there is no difference from a Original Arduino brand and a Clone. For our Software both are the same.... Just a other PID/VID.

About quality.... I not work in those factorys and not know the Company Systems...... But we all know that 99% of Electronics are from China. So i´m pretty sure also the Original Arduinos are build in China.... And with a high chance also in the same Factory and with the same Machines like the Clones.

I have a number of MEGA boards but 2 of them are not shown correctly in Windows.
I've read through the different posts regarding the CH340 chips and it seems the boards I have with this chip are recognised okay by MobiFlight, but they appear in Windows as USB-SERIAL CH340 device. Those using the Atmel Mega 16U2 chips are recognised by Windows as Arduino MEGA 2560.

I have checked the VID and PID of both types;

The ones with the CH340 chip are VID 1A86 - PID 7523
The ones with the 16U2 chips arre VID 2341 - PID 0042

Because they both work in MobiFlight I'm guessing these settings must already exist in the firmware.

Does anyone know if there's a way to rectify this error in Windows?
Incidentally I've unistalled and reinstalled the CH340-1 drivers.

You say your boards work with MF correctly ?

If yes then all is fine.

Why care about the name of the boards ?
Also my testing board is shown as "USB Serial CH340 ( Com6)" in Device Manager.

I think it's my OCD kicking in, if something doesn't seem right I try to fix it....
