Hello, I run a virus scan every night, but last night Mobiflight Setup 7.10.exe was flagged for quarantine. I posted the report to see if you could help identify if this a Trojan or if it's ok to ignore it. Thanks for your help.

Hi.
Thats a old thematic.

Basicly.... We know our Mobiflight ( Dowload from our Homepage) is NOT a Virus. It not include any trojan or backdoor features.
But sure... If a "badboy" e.g. from russia or north corea create a Virus and named it "mobiflight-connector.exe" and you download that file from him.... Then it "can" be a virus.

Lets talk realistic. As i know the problem is.... Programmers and puplisher must "register" there software on a "Whitelist". For example every Game Designer also things like "FIFA20" veriffy there files in those lists.... So the List know "fifa20.exe" is a Save File.
BUT This registration costs monney.... And Sebastian not like to pay for a freeware system like MF there.

Means.... We will get in some cases a Virus detection.
I personaly ignore it and trust in Sebastians work.... same like all other active MF-Users. You can do this, too. But i will not tell you must to do, cause this is your own decision!
Good Luck !
