Hi All

I get the following error when i try to run mobiflight:

I have all the newest update and im running windows 10

Any tipps on what to check?

Hi Stefan,

we need a bit more informations. If your vehicle is defective and you call your motor club, they also would not can help you with the information the car won't run...

So we need your OS, the sim with version, MF version, FSUIPC version, the plane (stock or addon with version) and what you have done before the issue happens. Did MF run before ok or is it the first run?
You see, a lot of questions that we need to help you.

I believe that your antivirus software is blocking a dll file. Try disabling it and unpack MF again.

When starting the downloaded .exe-file there can appear a virus warning but you can ignore it.
The anti-virus-software only warns but not prevent the installation of MF.

Its plain windows 10 newest update (20h2 i believe), with nothing installed, except msfs2020 fsuipc7.

The error occurs wenn i try to start mobiflight.
Id had never worked. I just installed it.

I already checked that .net framework is installed and up to date.

I check about the AV.

Please confirm you download MF from our Homepage and you use the "Live" Version 7.10.0

Also confirm you install it into a "free" folder. So not in c:/programmfilesx86 or so .
Technical this is possible but occure in problems some times.

Whatever i not hear about that issue till now....
First Aid:
Download the MF File once again from Homepage.
Install it to a Different Spot ( e.g. c:/Test/MF )
If you like run the Installation and the Programm itself with Admin Mode ( Not official needed but i recommend to do)

I downloaded the newest version.
Copied into c:/mf -> run the installation with admin mode.
It installs but after starting the error occurs.

I know the follow is something nobody wants to hear..... But you should confirm and check your System itself.
I recommend to check Windows Update at first. then if WIN is fully UpToDate check all Drivers ( Especialy USB )
Here i use mostly a "all in one Programm" that scan the full system. More comfortable as download each elemetn single.

Again.... I know this is not a good help from a Software support.... But in case hundrets of People install MF every month without trouble.... I will say the issue must be on your system.
Badly i´m not the programmer.... So i can not support a better solution.
