Hi to all

I have a very strange problem.
Long story short

I'm using an Arduino Mega analog.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AHvBfg9EHRDe3ZQVkEnGRz9nL0sB96af/view?usp=sharing

I can add everything in green, and unable to add those in red.
I have cleaned the Arduino using "EEPROM Clear" code

For 2 days I have tried everything that I Can find on the internet but no fix so far.
here is a video describing the problem.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lhWxs7v4hTsGptPHQpxZMBO_ZQaRdL-n/view?usp=sharing

I hope here someone will have some ideas about this irritating problem.

Thanks in advance

Hi

At first Thank you for the nice Video.... It´s so much more easy to "see" a problem instead of rebuild it in brain just by user comments.

Problem: You missunderstand INPUT and OUTPUT !

Solution:
Button and Encoder are INPUTS.... The lower Devices in the Dropdown ( LED, Stepper, and so on) are OUTPUTS.

In your showed test Situation you create always a OUTPUT Config ! ..... So its logical in the Output Configs Mobiflight only offert you the OUTPUT Devices in the List you can choose them. ( In your Case the LED and in the last test the Stepper.

If you click on the INPUT Tab.... And create THERE a new config then this is a Input Config e.g. the Button to controll the ParkingBrake. And there in the Dropdown you will see the Buttons and Encoders. And sure.... In this Tab all OUTPUT Devices are missing cause you can not use a LED as a Input for example !
Good Luck !

No Prob.

That was not stupid. This happens multiple times by new users.
Maybe we should think about a more "clear" GUI.
As i know Sebastian still have a experimental build with a fully new Grafic interface. So we should plan for a more intuitive handling here.

Have fun with Mobiflight !
Good Luck !
