Hello friends

I´ve MOBIFLIGHT a long time ago. It was working perflectly, I´ve a autopilot with leds and servo and a lot of buttons. All the Arduino 2560 it´s full. My problem is that with the new version the servo is out. It does not work. I revised my configuration, the arduino connections but now the new program in the FSUIPC the preset DOESN´T have the FLAPS-1, 2 and 3. and I can´t see in the list of presets any line with it. Only Control Flaps - control, etc. I´m trying to download the old version of Mobiflight but I can´t see it in your web. Any help? Thanks,

With the new version of MB, you tell us that it´s work with the new FS2020 and FSUIPC 7?, but I don´t know how to connect it. Do you have any tutorial?

You not tell us from what version you "jump" up. So i not know how outdated you are. The changes on the Presets was 1-2 Years ago if i remember right.

To awnser your questions.

1. Old Mobiflight can be downloaded..... But it´s not realy recommend. For example the old version can NOT handle FS2020. And also Bugs that was fixed within the time are already existing in the old versions.....
Whatever if you like..... Simply "rework" the download Link.
For example : https://www.mobiflight.com/tl_files/download/releases/MobiFlightConnector-7.10.0.exe
THIS is the Link for newest release ! ..... If you change the numbers to e.g. 7.9.4 then you will download a older version !


2. FS2020
MF Work.... And there is no need for a tutorial.
If you install FSUIPC7 (Beta) and FS2020 and you use Mobiflight 7.10 or newer then it work same way as for P3D or FSX. No additional settings are needed.
NOTE: In FS2020 and specialy in FSUIPC not all Systems still work. Expect some weeks/months until they support all data. MF is ready. The Sim is not !

3. Servo.
Is your Problem the Hardware or the Software..... At first you say the servo no longer work..... Then you say problem is the missing Preset.
Simply use TEST in Display Tab to check if the Servo basicly work.
If Yes... Then your Config is wrong..... If Not then we get a Problem we need to check !

I love MF from the beginning. I think it´s a great and clever piece of SW. And it´s free...

I think that I programmed it about 5 years ago. I can´t remember now the version ¿6.0.0? 5-6 years ago. I programmed 18 leds, 23 interrupts, 1 servo and 2 encoders and 13 interrupts more... 2 LCD 16x4 in 2 arduinos 2560 y 2 arduino Uno. Also the GPS500 programed in other arduino UNO, but it with LINKS2FDS

Thanks about the FS2020. I´ll try it. Thanks and wait for the implementations of FS. FS2020 it´s great in graphics but poor in fly and it´s a program like a game for kids, not a real simulator and it has a lots of bugs at the time. They have selled it without ANY manual. In the XXI siecle. They need to make cash to continue...

Finally the servo work in the test, but when I run the program not. I´m trying to untherstand the new program 7.10. because in the tutorial you use the old version of MF and not the new tha I can´çt untherstand how to program the servo. I can´t

OK....

At first... UNO is no longer supported since 3-4 Years.
It is still available for USers who like to use it.... But we not support it..... Means we can not garantee the firmware will work. As i know some switches and LED work. If Motors work i don´t know. So it´s HIGH recommend to swap over to MEGAS only !!

About FS. Your right.
I not use it till now. And as is heard its released for XBOX i said this is a FunGame and not a Sim.... But sure. From maybe 20.000 Flightsimmers in the world they can not earn enough money to build this sim.... So we need the 1-2 Million Fungamers who pay for our hobby. So we can get finaly a cool realsitic sim ( with some additional Addons) to work with.
Give it a little time. Also FSX need 1-2 Years until professional AddOns was available. I think FS2020 will go the same way !

About Tutorial.
I know the Tutorials are out of date.... But technical 99% of Systems are simmular. For example the Transform line is still the Multiply field in the Pictures.... But technical it work already with a multiply like in the past..... The Placeholders are not on the pictures..... But you not need them for a Servo.
So technical all is the same here basicly.

If you tell us what problem you specifc got we can try to help. If possible via Discord..... To share Pictures and Screens.

Ok about Arduino UNO. I´m using now MEGA with MB. UNO is working for me with LINKS2FS

FS2020 it´s like a game now. I can remember the FLY! from Microsoft with goog graphics, but only was a arcade game. It´s true that FS2020 has a graphics amazing, but to pilot is dificult with several airplanes because FS2020 is too new. Sure that in the future we will play with it like a simulator. I hope...

The manual for me it´s necessary I using FS from the first one for TRS-80 in cassette... and I think that I use the simulator well, but several items of FS2020 are too news and several times it´s confused to know how to play.
