I cuurently Have a fairly simple mobiflight set-up comprising a Mega 2560 connected to to two 8 digit 7 segment displays and two servos. This setup all works fine and I experienced no problems configuring it.

I wanted to add another servo, however, when I got to Extras/Settings/MobiFlight Modules, select my Mobiflight Mega and try to 'Add device' as soon as I select 'Servo' a yellow trinagle with an exclamation mark appears over the MobiFlight Mega in the Configured modules box. If I ignore this and upload the device I get an 'Uploaded with Error' message.

Any idea what's going wrong here?

Thanks

Hi Marronnier,

welcome to MobiFlight!

You can connect up to 10 Servos per Mega..
The yellow triangle force you to upload the devices to your Mega - that's all.
This sign always come if you do any changes with the devices so that you do not forget to upload it to the Mega and save it into a file.
Grüße,

Check the used Pins !

Maybe you try to choose Pins that are still used for other devices.... Maybe your Device name is wrong... So try something like "test1" .

This "Upload Error "message is pretty new and i not know the reason for this. Maybe Sebastian can rework this so this message show us not only the error..... Would be cool if it show us a error code or clearly the reason of error.
Good Luck !

Hi

Thank you both for your replies.

All working perfectly now, although it did still me an upload error when I selected pin 2. I changed the control pin to 22 and it uploaded without a problem.

Thanks again.
