Hello everyone
for about 2 years now I have been planning and I have almost finished the overhead of my dash8 q400 majestic, I have come to manage the 3 analog instruments of pressurization, use of the motor stepper 28by j-48 5 volts power supply and a mega 2560, I wanted to know if with the latest realization of mobiflight it is possible to manage and program these 3 motor steppers and make them work with the dash8 majestic.
thanks for the help.

Hi
Welcome

This can not be awnserd by myself.... cause i not use the Dash

BUT

If you be able to readout all needed Data for the LED and Displays of your overhead.... then why not also be able to read the data for the motors ?

The important question.... Can you readout the needed RAW Data for that 3 Motors .... Do you got a Offset ??
If yes then it´s no problem to build a config that controll your Motor by using that data.
Good Luck !

thanks a lot for the quick reply,
yes I have the variables / offsets of the 3 gauge in question, I have seen the various tutorials but I see that there is always the list of FSUIPC offsets, here I asked myself the question, when I get to having to enter the right majestic variable , I'm afraid that only the FSUIPC list appears to me, and I don't know how to bypass this to use my variable, I don't know if I explained myself
thanks

Same way like with LED....

You not light a LED in Mobiflight with a Dash Variable.... You have to use a FSUIPC Offset for this.
In case you told me your Overhead is finished you pretty sure already use a technic to support variable data to fsuipc offsts ( dont you ??)

If yes... Then do the same..... support the Value of the Variable to another free Offset and read that offset with mobiflight.
Only difference.... The LED Offsets are normaly boolean.... menas only 1 or 0 ..... the Offset for the Gauges is mostly a bigger value ( INT or FLT)
But technical it´s the same ! A Gauge goes e.g. from 0-100 Offset is also 0-100 So the motor just show the value.
Good Luck !
