I can't install 7.8.3. Immediately after download it gets deleted by Windows Defender.

I not know every version of DEFENDER..... But normaly there is a field below you can click and then you got the choice to disagree with the warning and run the rpgramm against the recomendation of Defender !

I have not much experience with that stuff. My Systems runs since 20 Years Online 20/7 and i normaly never use a AntiVirus or a Mailware / Defender Programm. But sure.... this is just my personal choice and not means this is a good idea for everyone !

I don´t think so.

As i know windows got a problem with EXE Files that are not certificated by a comapany.
