Hi,
I have a problem that I can't solve, I set the NAV2 button that activates the frequency on an encoder button, actually the frequency is activated but when I release the button it returns as before.
I have set with the PMDG737 option, how can I solve it?
thank you all.

Tell us your settings in the Config.
What Parameter is used... and what Event ID.

First Idea:

1. Wrong Parameter ( Momentary Buttons should work with "LEFT SINGLE Mouseaction"
2. Using Release ?? For momentarys no release is needed.... Get sure its not active !
Good Luck !

Hi
the solution was (1. Wrong Parameter (Momentary Buttons should work with "LEFT SINGLE Mouseaction")
thanks, I didn't know these features yet.

but now I have another problem, with the function of the SYS TEST button (GPWS), event id 70132, with the same setting it remains pressed without being released, you have the solution for this too, thanks

Hmmm.... That button is not listed in the Output Section for confirm. ( But thats no issue cause it makes finaly no sense to readout a momentary button)

To solve this you need to do some testings by yourself.
We know "some" rare Button/switches do not work simmular like others and need a little workflow.
At first please confirm you not use by fault the "Left Drag = 8388608" command instead the LeftSingle= 536870912

Possible Solutions

1. Test if Button goes to OFF if you press it twice.... If yes then a secondary Leftlcklick is the Key..... Simply use then the RELEASE Tab and set there the same EventID and also a Leftclick Parameter again.
OR
2. Try to use Rightclick instead.... If you use Typ "PMDG Event" then you got a dropdown for Parameter..... If you use "normal Event" you need to enter it.
Rightclick is different to the List..... its -2147483648 get sure you use MINUS in front ( instead as written in the list)
OR
Try Parameter "1" for Press..... Maybe PMDG see it as a switch. Also test on Release maby "0" Parameter.
OR
Test "Left Release" for the RELEASE Tab additional to your Leftclick at on Press.... The LeftRelease Parameter is 131072

In easy words... Do some testings with other Paremeters and with usage of the Release Tab..... Please report final solution here for other users !
Good Luck !

solved, the first programming was right, I doubted why I didn't see the release of the button, but now I have seen that this happens after a few seconds, and this delay does not affect the result.

thank you, you have been very helpful

P.S. I hope the google translator has done its job well ...

I ask you the last thing ...:)
I can't put the gear off, I have a lever with 3 positions, up and down I can set them, but when the contact is released I would like to put the lever in the center and position the gear lever in the center ... I don't know what offset to use and the parameters.
thanks

Hi dako,

for the gear you need 2 pins on the mega.

Gear Up: Pin1: ON PRESS EventID 66080 Parameter 536870912 ON RELEASE EventID 78183 Parameter -2147483648
Gear Down: Pin2: ON PRESS EventID 66079 Parameter -2147483648 ON RELEASE EventID 74183 Parameter 536870912
As switch take a ON-OFF-ON one. The lower pin is to pin1 (Mega), the middle one is GND and the upper one is pin2 (Mega)

Stephan (Time: UTC+2)

Sounds not 100% correct....

Please check if 78183 for upper switch is correct.... Should be 74183 like the other switch !

Also check the Parameters for Gear UP and DOWN ..... Events are correct ! But Parameter "0" should work here also. These are Standard P3D Events and "normaly" not need Mouseflags !
Good Luck !

HI,
the one written by StephanHo is correct, but you have to invert it up and down, and on the release the parameter is 74183
thanks
