Is it possible to connect 7 segment blocks direct to Arduino Mega and program it via MobiFlight or
do you have to use a diver for it and if so which one to be used.
I am thinking on flight Altitude ond landing altitude on the overhead panel.

Have you got Any solution to drive the 7 segment lights on electrical panel

Hi Henniing,

a direct connection is not possible. You always need a driver. For MobiFlight it is the MAX7219 chip. Please use the forum search for MAX7219 and you will find a lot of solutions.
To display flight and landing altitude is also possible with this chip.
