Thanks for a great program and hope it will continue to flourish.
I have two problems:
I bought a Pro Micro from Ebay and Arduino recognizes it as a Micro and I can upload to it
But Mobiflight does not recognize it.
I have tried it in Version 6,7 and 7.04 with the same results.

Problem 2:
I have also a Mega 2560 and this works fine in Version 6.3.0 but is not recognized in any Version 7.
Hope you can shed some light as would like to really use the Micro for a embedded project.

Wow, a pro micro user. The firmware has not receiveda my updates lately because of the small amount of memory. Steppers and servos are not working or let's say we have to check whether they work

Please check manually for an update via the main menu and let me know whether it is recognized then.

I tried 7.0.4 and at first after hitting update it would recognize the Mega 2560. It then stopped and now does not
even tell me that I have the latest version. It has at no time recognized the Micro.
A bit of progress but not permanent. Version 6.3 is still reliable for the Mega 2560.

Update: My Mega 2560 connects fine now in 7.0.4. I had to delete Moboflight from the Registry.
Still nothing when Micro connected. When I have the Mega connected and start MF there is a delay
before mega is available. But when the Micro is connected the MF screen appears almost instantly.

This is because of the Mega reboots whenever a Serial Connection is established wheras the Micro does not.
Since the Mega reboots, I have to give it some time to load the current configuration before being able to communicate. This is what you see as "delay"

Thanks for the explanation re the mega. Is there any further news on getting MF to recognize the Micro?
