Hi

I can not open your Link.

Basicly Mobiflight just set a Pin to High or Low..... So there can be no difference of Brightness..... All Digital Pins work same way.

Possible Problems.....

Overall Power Problem. Maby you have to much Power-Need Elements on that board or your Power Suply not have enough power itself.
Wire Problem..... short Circuits .... wrong Resistors .... Wrong Ground Logic

Without see your sheamtic i cant help you..... But i would say 99% a wire issue.
Good Luck !

Please confirm this also happen with a verry basic and clean config ( for example a new file with just one config ( parking brake led tutorial)

I remember to a issue in my testing system some years ago....

If you have 2 Configs that both controll same LED ( For example a Off Config for a precondition or you did a mistake and choose the same LED for 2 different things) then this error can occure.
If Config 1 will set LED to ON and same time Config 2 set LED to OFF then it "flicker" 30-40 of times per second that occure for the human eyes as lower brightness ( PWM Logic)

If posible check if you have choose this LED Device multiple times in case of a issue OR if you have Precondition logics that not work correctly and are enabled same time.
Always remember.... A LED should be never controlled by more then one config at a time.
Good Luck !
