I've been observing this issue for couple of weeks now. For some reason MF connector shows two identical devices (mobiboards) in the list although only one is connected.
Same name/ID and if I make change in one, it reflects in both.

I've got three megas at the moment that I'm configuring separately and always use one at the time with its dedicated files however same USB port (if it matters).
