Hi

In simple words.... Google is your best friend !

About Encoders.... In B737 you need 4 Styls.... Two are easy.... the other two are problematic.

1. Single Encoder ( Like the CRS Selector on MCP) ....
Simple google for "Encoder" Thousends of hits.

2. Dual Encoder ( Like COM1 Selector) So a Encoder/Encoder Build.
Also Available.... Whatever a bit more "rare" and much more expensive ..... Google for "Dual Concentric Encoder"

3. Tripple Encoder (Like ADF Selector) (Problematic) Maby you found it in special Cockpitbuilder stores. Pretty sure verry expensive.

4. Encoder/Switch Combination ( Like Efis, Heading/Angle , ) As i know not directly available.....

***************
Alternate is DIY or Prebuild Mechanics.
Simply google for "Do it Youreself" or so.
Basicly you can build every special system ( Nr 2,3,4) with a mechanical solution (Mostly Cogwheels) ..... For a Dual encoder this is also possible but not profitable cause the mechanic cost more money/time as ordering simply a premade Dual Encoder.....
For 3 and 4 its different. Here you not find premade solutions or they are extrem expensive..... So you must build it youreself or buy a mechanic for it.
Good Luck !

These are probably the best dual encoders you can get for the money.
They are widely used by flight simmers and have very nice and firm click to them.
20 detents per revolution and push button.

Actually, if you don't live in the US then the price with shipping is identical B)
The ebay link above is not to a reseller but PropWash themselves.

Don´t know if deals have change within the last hours..... But the statement make no sense.
On Ebay Link you get TWO Sets of Encoders for 26.00 US$ ..... So ONE will cost 13$
On Webside they not cost 12+7,50 .... Current Price is 12US$ (Including knobs already)

Summary 24$ Webside and 26$ Ebay for TWO Encoders.

Ebay is 17,95 For international service (Germany) ..... With a add of 2$ per additional item.... So 6 Packs (12 Encoders) cost 27.95 ( 17,95 + 5*2.00).
Can´t see the shiping conditions on Webshop.... But exactly THIS is the key !
Good Luck !
