And i also wonder how many Mega board I can manage/ connect to mobiflight?

The software itself doesn't come with any limitation.
Windows itself - I am not 100% sure but I think it is 128 devices per USB hub. Boards that register as a standard HID device have a lower limit, I heard of 16 as a limit.
Since MobiFlight does not register as HID device, such a limit does not affect MobiFlight.

Is there any particular reason why you ask?

Hello again

The reason I'm wondering is that I did not find anything about this in the documentation.

I plan to spend more than one Aduino card, therefore, I wondered if it went fine with that.
