Hi there,

It looks like some of the boards are not recognized by connector.

My mega USB/VID is USB/VID_2341&PID_0010&REV_0001

Is there any way to help?

Thanks in advance
Bruno

Hi Bruno,

I checked the current MobiFlight Code and your particular PID + VID combination is already supported.

Maybe you have to wait a little bit longer (+5 seconds) until it gets detected.
Have a great day!

Upgrade to last version (6.1.0), and mega it´s not recognized by Mobiflight.
Wait about 1 or 2 minutes and nothing.........
Arduino Mega recognized by Windows XP SP3, in COM 3, arduino sketchs working ok....
Hardware IDs USB \ VID_2341 & PID_0042 & REV_0001
Also, i´ve tried to load .hex with XLOADER program, change USB port, and nothing........
Thanks.

Hi Horacio,

OK, then it is definitely still an XP problem. You know that XP is not supported anymore by Microsoft?
I am not sure if i really want to go into supporting this deprecated and unsupported OS.

Is Win7 / Win10 no option for you?
Have a great day!

Hi Horacio,

I got a WinXP installed here and will test my new detection algorithm. If it works, you'll get your MobiFlight Board on WinXP :)

I'll let you know - so stay tuned!
Have a great day!

Hi Tom,

I am currently improving the firmware upload/update process to make it alot easier.
Nevertheless, if the board is not recognized at all I am wondering which Arduino Mega you are using? Is it a clone? How does it show up in the device manager?
Have a great day!

Hi, I have the same problem.
I have 2 Mega 2560 clones, and I can upload sketches using the arduino IDE. But connecting it to Mobiflight is not possible. It comes up in the list as unknown.

It comes up with \VID_1A86&PID_7523\5&2EE32660&0&2

Can you help?

Regards,
Per
