Hi guys

I have setup 40 LED pins to my mega, but I can't get anymore turned on, no leds turn on.

Nothing else is running at the moment, nothing lights up when I click Pin 41 on new output although the pin is connected, I have tested the LED and all is working

I didn't realize there was a limitation of 40 legs per device. All sorted by adding a new mega

That's right. 40 LEDs or 50 switches/buttons.
If you use 40 LEDs you can still use 10 buttons/switches.
